Lindsay R. Pohlman, Esq.

Lindsay R. Pohlman joined Schop, Powell & Allen in the spring of 2014 as an associate in the firm’s Elder Law Practice Group, focusing primarily on Medicaid Eligibility and Estate Administration. Admitted to practice law in New York, she is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Erie County Bar Association.

Lindsay is a graduate of the Michigan State University College of Law, and received her Masters in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from St. Bonaventure University.

In addition, Lindsay is the co-founder and co-president of Embrace it Africa, Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on creating economic stability in the village of Bethlehem, Uganda through various programs which include managing an orphanage, micro-finance agency, widows co-op group, and student sponsorships.
